This is the third book in the Bellamy Creek series by Melanie Harlow. The book can be read as a standalone but I strongly recommend you start with the first book which is Drive me Wild. The book is a contemporary small-town romance about a marriage of convenience.
I love Melanie Harlow’s books so much. I really enjoy how she makes you love all the characters in her books, even the secondary characters.
This book follows Enzo and Bianca who have known each other since they were children. They are not really friends though, they are more like frenemies who love to drive each other crazy. When Bianca moves back to town they both realize that they are in different situations in which they can help each other, by getting married! That’s when the fun starts! Can they both keep their hearts out of the deal they made or are they going to realize that maybe they have feelings for each other they aren’t sure what to do with?
I love the banter and chemistry Enzo and Bianca have between them. They make you laugh out loud the way they go at each other! This is my favorite book in the series so far.
Call Me Crazy gives you the feels I love and want in a book. Melanie has a way of developing characters that you feel like you know and are your friends. I love how we get a chance to revisit some of our favorite characters when Melanie writes her series! It’s always fun to see what they are up to!
Overall this book was a five-star read for me! I loved the marriage of convenience trope. It has the perfect amount of angst, heartbreak, humor, and everything in between.
I love Melanie’s small towns and characters. I can’t wait to visit Bellamy Creek again and read Beckett’s happy ending.
Melanie Harlow is one of my go-to authors for small-town, sweet, and sexy books. Her books always make me smile when I finish one.
